Our service and support plans are flexible and will allow you to determine how deeply you want Sybase involved on an ongoing basis - from simple reactive support to dedicated resources focused solely on you, helping you achieve optimal productivity and competitive advantage.
  • SupportNow Plans: For customers using Sybase products in deployment, we offer SupportNow Standard and Enterprise Plans. All plans include telephone access to our Technical Support organization and a variety of other support services.
  • Designated Product Plans: For customers using designated workplace-level products and development tool products, we offer SupportNow Incident, Developer, and Enterprise Developer plans to fit your development needs.
  • Software Services: These services enable access to software improvements through new version releases and maintenance releases.
  • Plan Options — Personalized and Advanced: For customers who need a higher level of service and commitment for business-critical projects, personalized support and advanced services allow you to develop a closer partnership with Sybase. These include Alliance and Privilege Support, Monitoring and Alerting packages, as well as personalized training, migration/upgrade services, and more.
  • Online Support: Our interactive online support services provide access to vast sources of problem-solving information.
  • Support Policy: Find information on specific support policy, general guidelines on how to use our support services, and the support center holidays.
  • Sybase iAnywhere Support Plans: For customers using Sybase iAnywhere select products we offer Bronze, Silver, Gold and GoldPlus plans to support you.
  • Advantage Database Server Support Plans: Advantage customers can choose from a number of support plans and options for the product.
